Quotes provided on the phone or in writing describe the specific equipment and installation included. Installation is performed by independent installation contractors.
Pricing communicated to you applies to standard residential installations as described in your quote. Unusual site conditions, non-standard plumbing configurations, or additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before work proceeds. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying service agreement.
